Neighbourhood Climate Action Grants [NCAG] aim to increase awareness and engagement on climate action at the local level by funding resident-led projects, activities and events that:
Up to $7,500 per project.
Climate action projects in Neighbourhood Improvement Areas that directly or indirectly reduce harmful emissions (greenhouse gas emissions) and address the co-benefits of taking action on climate change (health, equity, prosperity). Resident-led groups. Funding is not available for individuals, registered charitable organizations, non-profits or businesses.

Successful applications will be listed on livegreentoronto.ca with group name, project description, neighbourhood and funding amount awarded. Information about unsuccessful applications will be disclosed only to the Group Lead.
